I have all the time in the world to do the things I love and more. I get to enjoy time with my friends and family without worrying about things I have yet to do, and as a result, more and more pleasant things happen to me. With my extra time I am able to stay physically active and healthy, travelling the world and enjoying the freedom of time.
But it wasn't always that way. I used to feel anxious that my time was slipping away from me, that no matter what I did, I was hopelessly behind. I felt helpless in my businesses and stress began to trickle into my personal life, poisoning my relationships and causing physical pain.
